Delivery time:
Standard delivery is 1 - 2 days for Great Britain mainland and up to 4-5 days for Northern Ireland and Ireland.
Lead times for larger orders may result in a longer delivery period and these will be advised separately.
Returns:
If in the unlikely event this item arrives with any faults please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by email and photographic evidence of the damaged item to make a valid claim.
If our initial investigation does not resolve the matter within 48 hours we will collect the faulty item and either refund it or provide you with a replacement.
We accept returns within 30 days delivery. Return shipping fees may apply and you will be required to return the item in saleable condition and in its original packaging to receive a full refund.

The Yo-Yo DESK® GO 2 has a tabletop weight capacity of 12kg. This desk riser solution has a single handle (on the RIGHT-HAND SIDE) operated by a spring assisted (gas strut) lift mechanism, allowing the user to simply and easily raise/lower the desk in just a few seconds, even when fully laden.
The Yo-Yo DESK® GO 2 sit stand desk has a base footprint of 50x43cm and the desktop measures 76x48cm.
The Yo-Yo DESK® GO 1 is designed to accommodate a TWO monitor. It will fit an Apple screen, but you will need to purchase a VESA adaptor to connect your Apple screen to the monitor bracket. A VESA adaptor typically costs £5-£10 and is widely available online. Make sure you insert the correct Apple screen model description when purchasing, and check whether it is VESA compatible for either 75 or 100mm width brackets.
The recommended screen size range is taken as the measurement of the diagonal length of the monitor. The Yo-Yo DESK® GO 2 accommodates a screen ranging from a minimum size of 13" to a maximum of 32".
YES, however, the height should be set whilst installing the product. Typically, the height of your monitor, once set, will be the same whether you are using your desk in a seated or standing position. Ideally, you should be looking straight ahead at the top third of your screen when standing, and the top half of your screen when sitting.
The maximum distance between the two monitor mounts will depend on the size of your screens. We recommend that you position both screens centrally, side by side but there is also room to position the screens apart because the mounts are adjustable. The recommended screen size range is taken as the measurement of the diagonal length of the monitor: minimum 13" to a maximum of 30".
The maximum load capacity is a total of 12kg (ie 6kg for each monitor bracket). This is the total load for the desk surface and monitor arm combined.
No, the clamp cannot be used to replace the base plate (15kg). It can be added, but this is an additional accessory which is not typically needed
Rubber pads prevent the base plate from moving once your Yo-Yo DESK® GO 2 is in place. There is no need to fix the base plate permanently to your desktop, it will remain securely in position once the desk riser is set up.
